Associate Attorney (Foreclosure)

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., a multi-office national law firm has an immediate opening for an associate attorney to join our Orlando Office with experience in the practice area of business law. The position allows for both in office and remote working environments as needed.

Responsibilities

Candidates must have 3 years of direct experience working with a managing partner in a fast pace general business law practice. The ideal candidates will have experience with managing the following matters:

• Managing mortgage and banking related default cases (uncontested foreclosures and eviction)
• Understanding of the various client systems associated with the mortgage industry (ICE/BKFS, Sagent/Tempo)
• General day to day responsibilities in overseeing client directives, issues and inquiries
• Good organizational skills
• Capacity to handle high volume worklo

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in the State of Florida
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent research abilities and written and oral communication skills
