Associate Attorney (Foreclosure)

Quintarios, Prieto, Wood, & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB) has an immediate opening for an experienced foreclosure lawyer with at least three (3) years of experience working with a high volume default legal services/foreclosure firm. The position can be remote but preference will be given to those candidates located in Orlando or Jacksonville.

To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent research abilities and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Draft and respond to discovery-related motions.
• Regularly attend court appearances and handle non-jury trials
• Take and defend depositions
• Working knowledge of BKFS (LPS)
• Understanding of the impact and importance of maintaining top tier client scorecards
• Understanding of the nuances of dealing with large mortgage loan servicers as clients 
• Ability to self-manage a high volume case load
