Associate Attorney (Construction Defect)

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., the nation’s largest minority and women owned law firm, has an immediate opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join its Fort Lauderdale office.  

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

•         3+ years of insurance defense experience required. Construction defect experience preferred.
•         Willingness to travel statewide for fast paced construction defect litigation team.
•         Admission and good standing with the State of Florida Bar
•         Strong organizational skills with the ability and desire to manage multiple priorities and caseload.
•     Strong motion practice, pleadings and trial preparation necessary with background and experience in attending hearings and arguing motions before the Court, and taking depositions are necessary
